EXISTING PATIENTS

​Our office staff is still available by phone Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM.  

 

Calls received after hours will be returned the next business day.

Please be aware that we do not have emergency services.  If you are having a life threatening emergency call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room

Please allow 24 to 72  business hours for Medication Refills

We are now able to accept HSA/FSA cards!
