Dr. Tricia Mendoza is a board certified psychiatrist licensed to practice medicine in the state of New Hampshire. She completed residency training in Adult and General Psychiatry and was chief resident at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York in 2008. Dr. Mendoza completed a Geriatric Psychiatry Fellowship at Columbia University in New York, New York in 2009. She is currently affiliated with Portsmouth Regional Hospital, Behavioral Health Department in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

 

Dr. Mendoza provides comprehensive evaluations considering both life and medical history. She also reviews past medication response, outcome, and tolerance. Dr. Mendoza believes that psychotropic medications, psychotherapy, or their combination can be life changing. She believes in working collaboratively with other treating therapists and medical providers such as primary care physicians to provide continuity of care.
